The companies give their advertisement in the media read only with the information about the company; the job specification can be included in the ad to permit some self-screening. Since the advent of the information technology most of the firms have their official presence on the Internet in shape of web sites. There is a special section on these web sites, which provide information about the company and the job requirements, and the current job postings needed to be filled by the company.
